How to Contact Us
We prefer to communicate via email for 3 reasons:
1. It is more efficient. Spending too much time on the phone takes me away from the workbench.
2. We can be more thorough and look at pictures of your instrument if needed.
3. We both will have a written record of our communications.
Of course we will be happy to take your calls if you need to speak to us in person. We may not always answer promptly, so please leave a message and we will return your call.
Like most of you, we take vacation and holidays. We will try to give you notice of our time off when you email us.
